| Clairin Vaval - Batch Three 70cl / 51.1% - Batch three of Clairin Vaval -this Haitian rum has been made with indigenous Madame Meuze sugar cane, as well as spontaneous fermentation. Produced at the Arawaks distillery in Cavaillon, Haiti, using a charmingly old-fashioned Creole still this is a big, bold and well-balanced rum with note of raspberry, strawberry, dark chocolate, dried fruits and freshly-cut grass.
