| Rhum Hse 2005 - Highland Cask Finish 50cl / 44% - This 2005-vintage rum from Habitation St Etienne has been aged for six years in oak barrels before spending a final six months maturing in Highland single malt whisky casks. Initially the nose is full of white peach notes, quickly developing notes of green almonds and orange blossom.
